QUALITY
STATEMENT

Carten has seen many quality changes in our products
since it's inception in Ireland in 1980. The majority
of these changes have been mandated by our customers.
Through engineering changes and quality assurance
improvements, we have been able to meet these requirements.
It is the policy of Carten Controls Ltd., to supply
products and services which consistently meet or
exceed the specifications and expectations of our
customers, at an acceptable cost. It is our objective
to sustain this policy through the implementation
and maintenance of an efficient Quality System based
on the requirements of ISO9001
. The Quality Policy and the requirements
of the company quality manual, are issued on the
authority of the executive board and implementation
is binding on all employees, servants or agents
of the company. Our goal is to maintain our poistion
as the leader in high purity valves and controls,
through quality, price and delivery.
Comprehensive
documentation governs Carten Controls quality program.
Procedures, practice, forms, and drawings that affect
product quality shall be formally documented and
controlled. All such documents shall be
maintained and made easily accessible.
Each Carten Controls employee is responsible for
reaching desired requirements by performing every
task to its standards or initiating action to cause
formal change.
