| :: NEW – Low Pressure High Performance Diaphragm Valves |
The ever-changing demands of the semiconductor industry are continually pushing the boundaries of component performance and UHP gas delivery systems. The need to realise increased life, superior sealing performance, reduced footprint and improved efficiency has raised the bar for UHP valve manufacturers in the UHP valve industry.
In response to these requirements, Carten has developed a new range of high performance low-pressure diaphragm valves specifically suited for Tool Installation, Valve Manifold Boxes (VMB’s), Valve Manifold Panels (VMP’s) and Hook Up applications. The Carten CMD range of products enables users, system designers, gas companies and device makers to respond to the process challenges of UHP gas delivery systems.
Core product features include…
- Compact high performance actuator head
- Robust and high durability design for pneumatic valves (up to 4,000,000 cycles)
- Available in manual multi turn, manual quarter turn and pneumatic operation
- Multi configurations available with porting choice to suit VMB, VMP and Tool Install needs
- 250PSI operating pressure for all manual valves
- 100% helium leak tested in a class 10 cleanroom to 1 x 10-9 atm cm3/sec
- Compact valve footprint for optimal space utilisation
The CMD range of high performance valves are targeted for users in the VMB, VMP, Tool Install and Hook Up segment. The CMD range of high performance diaphragm valves can now provide a complete product synergy to compliment the existing range of UHP distribution valves in the clean systems market.
